[Edu-sig] Computer science without all that "heavy math" stuff...?

IANACS (I am not a computer scientist), and I may not be using the correct
terminology, but isn't there a difference between computer science and
software engineering? Isn't computer science, by definition, the study of
the mathematical aspects of algorithms, etc. Software engineering, on the
other hand, would seem to be focused more directly on developing software.
