Hi Jeff --

Somewhere awhile back you said there was a deadline of December for
proposals.  I'm deadline driven.  If there's an earlier deadline, before
which specific inputs are needed or the edu track will be dropped, you
should formalize it and announce it so I can add it to my calendar.
