[Edu-sig] Solution to edu-sig spam

Hi everyone,

Kirby Urner and I are wondering if the time has come to restrict posting to
the edu-sig list to list subscribers. This should cure 99.471% of the spam
problem. We thought it wise to send out this notice and see if there are any
strong reactions for or against this change. If the group consensus is for
the restriction, I will go in and "flip the switch."
