[Email-SIG] RELEASED email 2.5.5

I've tagged and uploaded email package version 2.5.5 which fixes a
number of bugs since version 2.5.4.  This version matches what will be
in Python 2.3.4 final, and is therefore only useful for use with older
versions of Python.  It is compatible with Python 2.1.3 and newer.
