[Email-SIG] getting Message.as_string() to put CR-LF on end of each line?

We have two uses cases we need to support: native line endings and  
network line endings.  I think it would be a good idea to preserve or  
otherwise be able to specify the line endings for headers, so that  
indeed you'd get CRLF for direct output to a network protocol sink.   
It's been a long standing request.
