Because Guido will visit the Netherlands in the summer. :)

That's not the only reason; I think some ambition in aiming at this summer
is good. It will put some pressure on it, but it isn't ridiculously soon
either. If we announce it this month, people can plan their vacation around
it. Besides, we seem to have accepted 'end of june', which isn't in most
people's vacations yet, I think.
