If someone else wants to coordinate it, please send us a note.  If not, 
I can try to coordinate it.

For now, I'll start a page to collect lightning talk ideas as they come in.

Let's get some more input from others and decide if we'll make a place 
for lightning talks.  Marc-Andre?  Nicolas (Chauvat ou Pettiaux)?
