[EuroPython] Grouping session to tracks

Shifting those sessions around between the two tracks seems fine, but
why don't we figure out how many sessions we have in the first place
for each proposed track? This also depends on how popular the sessions
turn out to be; I think we can have quite a few talks in the main
Python tracks, for instance, and there should be no problem filling up
the Zope track either. But I have no idea how the other tracks are
doing.
