[EuroPython] Is it too late for a submitting a paper?

Hello!

I was wondering if it is too late for submitting a paper to be presented at
the conference?

I would like to give presentation about how Chalmers University of
Technology implemented a Learning Management System and Student Portal in
Zope and Oracle, and about the lessons learned from that effort and
subsequent deployment of the system.
