[EuroPython] EPC 2003 : When ?

I'd like to be at PyCon which is at March 26-28, 2003 as well.
Then please keep in mind that OSCON 2003 is on July 7 - 11, 2003,
and the "official" SPAM 11 is part of it.
Wouldn't it be better to let EuPy 2003 be another 2-3 months
away from that?

Furthermore, I don't believe that it is possible to make
it essentially better than 2002, this was quite perfect!
