[EuroPython] EPC Logo, first try (pdf file)

Random comments: 

1) Basically I like it.  Nice and simple.  Should look good on a 
   T-shirt.
2) Perhaps the colours are a bit too garish?
3) The stars should certainly be in a circle to resemble the stars
   of the EU (i.e. like the first logo in the pdf)
4) I thought the short name of the conference was EuroPython (i.e.
   CamelCased), not Euro-python or similar.
