[EuroPython] Extended 4. sessions on day1 and day2

To all track champions:

We have decided to extend the fourth
session on day1 and day2 to full sessions. These were previously
only 45 minute sessions, now you can use the full 90 minutes
giving you extra space for talks.

The new schedule looks like this:

	Coffee:    08:30 - 09:00
	Session 1: 09:00 - 10:30
	Coffee:    10:30 - 11:00
	Session 2: 11:00 - 12:30
	Lunch:     12:30 - 13:30
	Session 3: 13:30 - 15:00
	Coffee:    15:00 - 15:30
	Session 4: 15:30 - 17:00
	Keynote:   17:15 - 18:00
