Very nice, thanks !

Some nits:

* talk audience: "bussines" -> "business"

* new status options would be nice:
     "review" -- the talk has been reviewed but not yet accepted
     "rejected" -- the talk was rejected after having been reviewed
     "archive" -- the talk has been held (e.g. all the EPC2002 talks
                  fall into this category)

* room should be a drop-down list with options A, B, C

* if possible, there should be a hidden field which allows
   adding notes (by the track managers) e.g. to rate the talk
   quality for future events

* call for talks should also include the author's bio and
   make it a required field (after all, how are track managers
   supposed to know everyone ;-)

Nice job,
