[EuroPython] Local organizers ?

It is surprisingly silent on this list (at least compared to last
year). I haven't heard anything from Denis over the last few
months; this makes me wonder:

* is CEME already booked for this year ?
* will P3B commit itself to organizing this years event ?
* if so, when is P3B going to start discussing details ?

Don't get this wrong: all I would like to have is a clear signal
saying "yes, we'll have a EuroPython 2003 this year in Charleroi".
