I think that a meeting that happens every day is about as effective
as no meeting at all.  I could stop by in one hour, but there are
other things happening here, and I think  .... well maybe tomorrow.
Meetings have to be rare enough that people actually make the effort
to meet.  Otherwise, it is just like any other channel -- people who
are used to living on irc lines will just be there as part of the
community, and people who aren't think, well, I will do it _some_ day.
