Yes, for making decission if it stalls.

I keep banging to the list when I think it should move forward. That's
my nature. People may contact me and I always try to help them or give
them a contact address where they might get more help from.
Denis will be (must be) it as well and will have (unfortunately a task
which can't be passed to none local people) to handle (or pass it to
others) the local issues.
