[EuroPython] Where did people come from?

This information would definitely be interesting!

 From my impression and complete guess, we had more scandinavians than 
in last years. I don't think we lost many dutch people, say, though. I 
imagine we had somewhat less people from Germany, though there were many 
around still. I think we might've had a few more Americans this year.
