OK, great!

since there is a lot of freedom when it comes to designing the layout / 
skinning so maybe we could do some brainstorming by doing a list 
existing sites that are considered easy to navigate. It doesn't have to 
be the default plone or cps layout (header - 3 columns - footer).  There 
can be a theme for the external site, i.e one for visitors in which we 
do not show content management widgets and one theme more adapted for 
content creators, site designers, etc, that is more like a working area.

So I suggest that those attending the meeting collect a list of links to 
well-designed sites that we can use as a starting point, it is always 
easier.
