I want to make all of these things:

    * Education
    * Lightning talks
    * Python Frameworks
    * Python Language
    * Refereed papers
    * Science
    * Social skills/General topics
    * Tutorials/Neopythes
    * Zope Lightning talks
    * Zope/Plone

Link to their own section in 'Propose a talk'.

How do I do that?  If somebody could do that for just one of them, then I could
do it for the rest.
