Can whoever has the power of Indico sort this out? The hostel people regarded 
reservations as a matter of the attendees themselves making their bookings 
directly, mentioning EuroPython in order to get into the conference block of 
rooms. I specifically asked them whether the intention is (or had been) for 
them to get (or be sent) a list of attendees from the conference registration 
system, and the answer was a negative one.

For what it's worth, I've updated europython.org with clarifications on this 
matter because I found that my expectations were somewhat inconsistent with 
the actual situation.
