Thanks for the reminder Dario.

>From my side progress so far is the following:

I booked the venue but am still discussing the price and the
refreshments etc.
It would be very helpful to me if ep organizational committee (or what
there is instead of it) have a meeting this week, say Thursday to
discuss technical details such as what kind of refreshments we want, how
many coffee breaks etc.

I can give the approximate costs of the venue and such during that meeting.

> we want for Vilnius 2007 and look into track chairs, manager of all

+1 I suggest we have a meeting on 24th of October 4pm GMT
