[EuroPython] session chairs

It's time (in fact it's rather overdue, sorry about that) to find
people to run sessions at the conference next week. I've made a wiki
page to try to allocate people to sessions:

Running a session isn't that much work -- making sure you know who
your speakers are in the break before and stopping them from talking
for too long is the most of it.  Please feel free to sign up for a
session or more.
