[EuroPython] Calendar Updates

Hello,

After yesterday's IRC meeting, it was more or less decided that registration 
will need to be put back by about a week. I have updated the calendar to 
indicate this change of plan and also indicate that (some of) the keynote 
speakers will be announced at the same time.
