[EuroPython] Code for the IMAP API

Hi,

as I noticed in the Wiki and from talking to some people, there was some
interest in getting notified when we put our IMAP API code out.

I just uploaded the current code as a pre-Alpha 0.1 experimental (yadda
yadda) release to pypi:

If anyone is interested in joining this effort, please talk to me
