Yes.

But do you mean that you wish to place an order with a Purchase Order?
That is, you order with a PO, we raise an invoice, then your accounts
department pay the invoice when they feel like it?

If so, then you must pay the Corporate Rate for the first delegate and
Standard Rate for the second person.
