[EuroPython] Registration troubles

I'm replying to your message to the europython-improve list on the
general europython list so people can see the question and reply.

I've not been able to make this go wrong, and it does not appear to
have been a problem for other people either. Possibly you're entering
your Norwegian code and using the 'find address' button which only
works with UK addresses?

If you send me the address details which you are entering I'll test it
some more.
