The PSF has nothing to do with EuroPython.  The people who got to
vote were the EuroPython organisers, plus the organising committees
of the German and Italian bids.  So what you needed was a
subscription to europython-improve, in order to be told when the
vote was on.

The vote ended last Sunday, and the Italians have won.
We should make an announcement about this very soon.
