[EuroPython] BDFL Keynote Thursday

OK, I've created the Moderator page. The URL is:
http://www.google.com/moderator/#16/e=1eaf8 . It'll open 24 hours
before the event. Hopefully Wednesday before Richard Jones's keynote
someone can announce it.
