Please don't swamp this mailing list with detailed discussions of  
*everything* to do with Europython 2011 this early in the game. By all  
means make appeals for help but I would suggest that you do have a  
dedicated list for the team say, europython-orga. I suppose you could try  
using a topic in Mailman.
