There are all bus tickets fares:

I think you can buy them where you buy standard tickets; ask to your hotel about directions to the closest shop.

If you're going to visit several museums, have a look at the Firenze Card:
http://www.firenzecard.it/index.php?lang=en

It's valid 72 hours and give you free/discounted access to many museums plus free unlimited bus usage. It costs €50.
