[EuroPython] I won't be able to be at EuroPython, selling my ticket

I bought an early bird student ticket, its cost was 150 euro.
I asked europython support and they told me I can still sell it, but
you'll get your badge on-desk rather than by post.

If you're a student you should send proof to the helpdesk as well,
otherwise, according to the terms and conditions "If proof is not
sufficiently provided, the substitute participant must pay the
difference between the discounted rate and the full price"
