[EuroPython] EuroPython Society General Assembly 2016: How do we define Europe now?

One simple thing I wish to add here:

Can the EPS think to raise a statement how „Europe“ is defined for our continent and islands community in a clear way and seperated from the definitions of „European Union“ driving the press currently. Maybe someone finds it obsolete (and already in the bylaws, but for me it could be a statement for diversity in our community keeping things together that others may split in other sectors.

So we need also reword the usage of EU here (in my opinion).
