Hello,
i am using EXPAT since a few days and it is a really good
tool, but i have one big problem and hope somebody can
help me.
I need a Win32 and Win16!! C++ Projekt with Borland
5.02/4.5 Compiler. ExPat runs fine, but i am not able to encode
spezial characters like 'äöüÄÖÜ'. I created parser with
ISO-8859-1 encoding and inserted the same in my XML - File
- nothing happens. All spezial characters are recognized
as awful character combinations. I tried different defines
like XML_UNICODE but see no changes in behavior.
Hope somebody can help me
