Summary: error string typo in xmlparse.c

Initial Comment:
It appears to me as if there has always been a typo in the 
XML_ERROR_PARTIAL_CHAR error string returned by 
the XML_ErrorString()function in xmlparse.c.

It reads "unclosed token" where it should probably read "partial character".
