Summary: Missing .DSP file for MSVC users!

Initial Comment:
The documentation states that to build the software 
for Windows under MSVC, to just open the "expat.dsp" 
file in the lib/ directory.  However, in the version I 
downloaded, 1.95.2, this file does not exist.
