Summary: Make xmlwf support reading from stdin

Initial Comment:
With this patch, xmlwf works exactly as it used to
except that, if you don't specify any files on the
command line, xmlwf takes its input from stdin.
If you use -d to output to a directory, the output
file will be named "STDIN".
