Summary: Solaris make error

Initial Comment:
Receiving this error from the make process of 1.95.4 in 
both Solaris 2.8 and 2.5.1 using gcc and ccs/cc.

make: Fatal error: Don't know how to make 
target 'xmlwf/xmlwf.c'

the ./configure process:

Are you using Sun's make? This isn't a wise thing when you are
working with autoconf-generated stuff  --  and you are!
