Summary: Cannot download.

Initial Comment:
I am unable to download the latest version of Expat. 
Do you know why this is. I have tried from a number of 
different machines as well as trying to get the 
windows and unix versions of the file.

Any help would be great thanks.

Are you trying to download from SourceForge or some
re-distribution point?  What platform(s) are you using? 
What tools/browsers are you using to perform the download?
