Initial Comment:
The enum XML_STATUS has been used before it has 
been defined in expat.h (ver 1.95.3 i think).

Just putting the whole enum just before it's being used 
solves the problem I guess. I compiled sablot for PHP 
on it... and it seems to have compiled just fine. It 
works OK too.

Duplicate of bug #676844.
I left the old bug open so that people can see it has
already been reported. Obviously this doesn't work.
