Hi,

Firstly thanks for a very useful parser. I've used it in a 
couple of projects already. Anyway onto the bug if it is 
one.

The routine specified by a SetCommentHandler gets 
called if you have simple comment. 

<!-- A simple comment -->

However if you include other XML within the comment it 
does not get called. This may simply be an 
interpretation of the W3C standards issue but several of 
the visual editing tools regard all of the following as a 
comment.

<!-- <Internal/> -->
