Hi,

I'm getting intermittent crashes on the line:
table->v[i] = calloc(1, createSize);

This can be found in lookup().

I'm also getting crashes on some other lines, but the one above is the
most common...

I'm not really sure what version of the expat library I'm running
(very useful I know), but does anyone recognise this as an issue that
has been reported/fixed?  Also, if anyone could tell me how to
identify what version I'm running, that would also be appreciated!!
