how can I get the code for this function -- I found where they talk about -- but I cannot get the code anywhere..

The standard versions of expat don't allow this, but someone posted a
patch a few weeks back to add a function called XML_ParserReset() which
sounded like what you're after - will be in the archives...

am developing on an embedded system where memory is a huge issue. and I don't want to allocate and deallocate parsers as I want to avoid memory fragmentation problems.
