Hello, All!

I just thought, maybe it will be good idea to add the links from
www.libexpat.org to the projects, which use the Expat. Either commercial and
not. Just to demonstrate the popularity of Expat. The first link is
www.obj-sys.com :) - an ASN.1 tools, Expat used for decoding XML Encoding
Rules (XER). BTW, we also developed the SAX-like C++ interface for Expat.
