[Expat-discuss] Building on Windows

Where can I get the static libraries for building against expat on
Windows? If it's in the exe I can't download those from within my
firewall. Is there an alternative location for zips? I tried the 1.95.4
zip but it only had a dll. I tried putting the dll in winnt\system32 but I
get unresolved expat symbols. Can I build against the dll or do I need
static libs? If so where can I get them? If I can build against the dll
what cl flags do I use?
