[Expat-discuss] php_domxml.dll file is not loading to the server please help me urgently

Hello,
I am trying to load php_domxml.dll but it is giving
the following error.

please help me why it is not loading . I have written
the following line in the httpd.conf file to load the
php_domxml.dll file.

LoadModule php_DomXml
"c:/php/dlls/extensions/php_domxml.dll"

but it is giving the below error.

The Apache service named  reported the following
error:
>>> Cannot load C:/php/dlls/extensions/php_domxml.dll
into server: The specified module could not be found. 
   .
