[Flask] Ok, what Am I doing wrong ??

Stupid, stupid Missteaks ......

In my base.html,  i need to have
<!-- include stylesheets -->

    <link rel="stylesheet" media="screen"
href="/static/css/mecbootstrap.css"/>

The slash before the static was missing ....... ARRGGG .....
