[Python Glasgow] App GUI

Hey,

I don't think many of us work on GUI apps - the only interfaces I work
on are web based. However, I just asked quickly on IRC and got two
votes for using Qt.

Alternatively, Toga is a promising new library written by a famous
Pythonista but I've never used it. http://pybee.org/toga/
