[Python Glasgow] Skipping November

Hey all,

I had planned on organising talks or a dojo for this month, but with
getting married and being on annual leave I never got that far.

However, I have managed to secure a venue for the 8th of December! We
will probably be running a dojo, but I am still working out the
details. If you or anyone you know is interested in speaking please do
get in touch.

Going into 2016 things should be a bit better organised again! Sorry
about this month.
