Looking at the change log, I'm fairly sure it's open to editing by
any one that is logged in, but I can't seem to find the way to
view permissions on the page probably because I'm not an admin.
In any case, this often changes in response to different types
of spam attacks. I still encourage people to get a login and
ask for editing permissions if it proves necessary. The more
people able to work on the wiki, the better!
