Dear All,

I am Annapoornima Koppad. I am currently residing in Bangalore. Since there
was no Pyladies Bangalore group, I thought it was best to start one. Here
are the links relating to Pyladies Bangalore. Please circulate them amongst
your friends circle. For anything else, please feel free to reach out to me

Fantastic, congratulations on getting started!

If the Python Software Foundation can help with getting the group off
the ground, please don't hesitate to be in touch.

1. The PSF can cover PyLadies Bangalore's meetup.com fees, as per
http://pyfound.blogspot.com/2012/03/user-groups-psf-can-help-cover-your.html

2. The PSF Outreach and Education committee can support outreach
initiatives and intro workshops:
http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/outreach-and-education

3. The PSF Sprints committee can support sprints and hackathons on
Python projects: http://pythonsprints.com/

4. Other activities can be supported through the general PSF Grants
program: http://www.python.org/psf/grants/

Additionally, the PyCon India 2013 call for proposals is open until
July 15th: http://in.pycon.org/2013/

It would be great to see some submissions by PyLadies Bangalore folks!

Regards,
-Jessica
